Secrecy Provisions Amendment (Sunsetting Provision) Bill 2026

Amends the Criminal Code Act 1995 to extend the operation of certain offences in relation to the unauthorised disclosure of information by certain Commonwealth officers for a further 6 months, until 29 December 2026.
