Customs Amendment (Safeguard Inquiries) Bill 2026
Amends:
Customs Act 1901
- rename the Anti-Dumping Commission to the Australian Trade Remedies Commission
- transfer responsibility for safeguard inquiries from the Productivity Commission to the renamed Australian Trade Remedies Commission
Customs Tariff (Anti-Dumping) Act 1975
- make consequential amendments
