Cash Distribution Framework (Consequential Amendments and Transitional Provisions) Bill 2026

Introduced with the Cash Distribution Framework Bill 2026, the bill amends the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 , Corporations Act 2001 , Payment Systems and Netting Act 1998 and Reserve Bank Act 1959 to make consequential amendments. Also provides for transitional arrangements.
