Therapeutic Goods (Charges) Amendment Bill 2026

Introduced with the Therapeutic Goods Amendment (Medicines Shortages and Other Measures) Bill 2026, the bill amends the Therapeutic Goods (Charges) Act 1989 to enable annual charges to be prescribed for the inclusion of grouped biologicals in the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods.
