Regulatory Reform Omnibus Bill 2026

Amends 26 Acts to simplify and streamline regulatory and administrative processes for businesses and community organisations, expand the ‘tell us once’ arrangements to facilitate the sharing and use of information provided to government agencies, and make technical amendments to ensure that legislation is operating as intended. Also repeals the Commonwealth Funds Management Limited Act 1990 and Superannuation Benefits (Supervisory Mechanisms) Act 1990 .
