Australian Citizenship Amendment (Stripping Terrorists of Australian Citizenship) Bill 2026

Amends the Australian Citizenship Act 2007 to provide for a court to order the cessation of a person’s Australian citizenship where the person holds two or more citizenships and is convicted of a terrorism offence.
