Communications Legislation Amendment (Australian Content Requirement for Subscription Video On Demand (Streaming) Services) Bill 2025
Amends:
Broadcasting Services Act 1992
- require providers of certain subscription video on demand services to ensure minimum levels of expenditure on new eligible Australian programs
Australian Communications and Media Authority Act 2005
- make consequential amendments
