Treasury Laws Amendment (Payday Superannuation) Bill 2025

Introduced with the Superannuation Guarantee Charge Amendment Bill 2025, the bill amends the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act 1992 to require employers to make superannuation contributions for their employees at the same time as they pay their salary or wages. Also makes consequential amendments to 21 Acts.
